Customizing Your Tracking View

Tailor your nutrition dashboard to focus on the nutrients that matter most to you.

Your nutrition tracking dashboard shows all 65 nutrients with default targets, but you can customize the view to:

  • Highlight nutrients you’re focusing on
  • Hide nutrients you’re meeting consistently
  • Change how data is visualized
  • Adjust the time range you’re viewing

Pin your priority nutrients to keep them at the top of your dashboard.

  • Find the nutrient in your dashboard
  • Tap the pin icon next to the nutrient name
  • Pinned nutrients move to the top for easy monitoring

Consider pinning nutrients that:

  • You’re actively trying to improve (e.g., vitamin D, iron)
  • You need to limit (e.g., sodium, saturated fat)
  • Are affected by a health condition
  • Your doctor recommended monitoring
  • You’re consistently under or over target

Example setup:

  • Iron (if you’re anemic)
  • Vitamin D (if you have low levels)
  • Calcium (for bone health)
  • Sodium (if managing blood pressure)
  • Fiber (for digestive health)

Choose how you want to see your nutrient data:

  • Shows % of daily target met
  • Color-coded: green (on track), yellow (low), red (over limit)
  • Quick visual scan of all nutrients
  • Graph showing intake over time (7 days, 30 days, 90 days)
  • Identify patterns and consistency
  • Spot nutrients trending up or down
  • Circular gauges for pinned nutrients
  • Shows target range and current position
  • Clean, minimal interface
  • Exact numbers for each nutrient
  • Target, intake, % met, remaining gap
  • Best for precise tracking
